Party Rentals

If you are holding a function large or small, we have many rentals available to meet your requirements. Our inventory includes tables and chairs, staging, a dance floor and etc. If you require any additional items such as linen tablecloths and napkins or coffee urns, we carry these as well.

Tent Rentals

We have an extensive inventory of tents from a 10’ x 10’ Frame tent up to a 90’ x 210’ Pole Tent. We want your event to be as worry-free as possible, therefore all our tent rentals include setup/dismantle by our trained staff.

The following chart has utilized standard industry guidelines to determine seating capacity. However, a number of factors need to be taken into consideration when selecting the perfect size tent for your event, i.e. size of head table, buffet area, dance floor, etc. We will be pleased to work with you to help choose the size of tent that is right for your function.

Our Tent Rental Prices include the following;

Solid Walls are included.Additional Charges will apply for window walls.

Weekend Rentals are setup on Friday and taken Down on Monday.

Weekly Prices include Setup and Takedown Days.

All pricing is for setup on grass only. For Setup on Gravel/Asphalt, please add and additional 10 Percent. Asphalt plugs are required for setup on asphalt for an additional charge.

Mileage charges may apply on tents set up outside Fort Saskatchewan city limits. The current mileage charge is $ 1.85/km x 4 Ways from our office to setup location.

Additional Charges may apply for off-season rentals.

It is very important that you call ALBERTA 1ST CALL at 1-800-242-3447 two weeks prior to installation. They will locate and mark underground lines. We are unable to erect a tent without this report. This is a free service.

Alberta 1st Call will not mark out any private lines. If any private lines have been installed in the tent setup location, you would be required to contact a private line locator.
